We are a Church based Preschool located in beautiful Talbot County Maryland. We have been in business since 1970 and serve children ages 2, 3 and 4 Years of age. St. Mark's Preschool's reputation is widely recognized for their "family" atmosphere and well trained staff. When you visit our preschool you will see frequent positive, warm interactions among teachers and children. Planned learning activities appropriate to children's age and development, such as reading stories, block building, painting, dress-up, and active outdoor play. Regular communication with families, who are welcome visitors at all times, is an essential part of the preschool's continued success.
We believe that all growth happens in a sequential and orderly way. All children progress through stages that can be predicted with each child going through them at his/her own individual rate.
We want our children to develop:
