Hi! My name is Mrs. Colleen Costagliola (also known as Mrs. C), and I am excited to be at St. Mark's Preschool. More importantly, I'm thrilled to be your teacher! It's going to be a fun year full of learning and new adventures, and I can't wait to see what the year has in store for us. I want to know all about you, but first I'll tell you a few things about me.

I was born and raised in Pennsylvania, and I'm the middle child of 3 girls. After graduating from Catasauqua High School, I attended
Clarion State College where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education. I moved to Maryland to begin my teaching career (that was 42 years ago!) I continued my education earning a Master's degree in Applied Technology in Education, and went on to earn my teaching certification in secondary English. I taught for 37 years in Caroline County, retiring in 2019. I started working as an assistant teacher in the 3 year old program at St. Mark's in October of 2019. This is my first year as lead teacher in this program.

I'm married (39 years) to Aniello (Neal), and we have 2 wonderful grown children. Timothy, 29, is a software developer for GM and lives in Georgia. Gabriella, 27, is an RN at Tidal Health in Salisbury and lives in Cambridge.

I'm looking forward to this school year! It's going to be great!
Hi! My name is Donna Hager and I will be the assistant teacher in your room this year. You can call me Mrs. Hager and I can't wait to get to know you. This is my first year at St. Mark's and I'm so excited for the year to begin!

I was born in Washington DC and grew up in Prince George's County, MD. I graduated from Northwestern High School in 1976 and then attend Prince George's Community College where I majored in Recreation and Park's Leadership. I began my daycare/preschool teaching experience in 1995 and continued for 12 years working with infants to 5 year olds.

My husband, Phil, and I moved to the Eastern Shore, after he retired, almost 3 years ago to be closer to family. We are getting ready to celebrate our 37th Wedding Anniversary. Our son, Daniel, and his wife, Kelly, live in Easton with their children, Iris and Jamie. They both recently attended St. Mark's before moving on to elementary school.

I will say, I'm a sports fanatic. I played quite a variety of sports growing up. Baseball and basketball were the ones I love the most. My favorite teams to cheer for are the Washington Nationals and the Maryland Terrapins and that is why my favorite color is red!

I can't wait for the year to start and I know it will be a great one.
